Good Stuff is all natural peanut butter so some oil separation is normal. If you have more than one jar it is advisable to keep the unopened jars in your refrigerator. Refrigeration will prevent oil separation until you are ready to eat it. Your open jar(s) are fine unrefrigerated. Just stir as needed.

In order to make the best tasting all natural peanut butter, we source our peanuts directly from a processor in Georgia. They in turn get their peanuts from the farmers that grow them.
It's as close to the source as we can get so we can deliver to you the freshest peanut butter possible.

We start with halved and blanched raw High Oleic peanuts. Then we flame roast them just the right amount. Next we grind the roasted peanuts in a Colloid Mill made just for peanuts. This produces raw peanut butter. The next step is mixing ingredients, depending on the flavor, in a Planetary Mixer. We do this while the peanut butter is still hot from the grinder. This helps the ingredients to blend well. Lastly, we jar and seal the day's work so it will arrive to you fresh as the day it was made.
