Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time
Every jar is made fresh in Asheboro, North Carolina. We ship all orders the next business day. Orders placed before 12 noon Eastern on a business day often ship the same day.

Carriers and delivery
We ship with UPS or USPS, depending on your location, and generally choose whichever is fastest. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders of $48 or more. For orders under $48, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Gift orders
You can ship an order directly to someone as a gift. Check the gift option on the product page, add a short greeting, and enter their address at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
